A Study of God
Following are lessons from an ongoing series presented throughout 2009 dealing with God. As I have stated in presenting these lessons: My goal in this study is to gain a better understanding of God so that we will take Him more seriously. May these lessons draw us closer to Him! 1 John 5:3, "For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments."

3 - The Case for the God of the Bible - Why the Bible should be taken seriously and therefore we should accept God
4 - Why the God of Christianity? Some reasons to accept the New Testament as our guide book AND Jesus Christ.
5 - Who is God? A study of the nature of God - He is a person, Spirit, Creator, ONE God, eternal. Also why learn about Him?
6 - The Character of God (1) - God is Holy, and Omnipresent
7 - The Character of God (2) - God is Omniscient and Omnipotent
8 - The Character of God (3) - The Glory of God
9 - Attributes of God (1) - God is Love (1)
10 - Attributes of God (2) - God is Love (2)
11 - Attributes of God (3) - More Attributes of God - Good, Truth, Wisdom, Faithful and Light
12 - Attributes of God (4) - The Judgment of God
13 - The Names of God - A study of some of the names attributed to God in both the Old and New Testaments
14- The Godhead - A lesson establishing that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are distinct beings, but also God
